2、精通TCP、HTTP协议，熟练掌握Netty、MyBatis框架；精通Redis、Kafka、Nginx等中间件，具备高并发缓存设计、消息异步解耦、流量调度及数据层优化实战经验；
3、深入理解JVM原理，熟练掌握JVM性能调优，可独立排查GC异常、内存泄漏、线程死锁、系统卡顿等高并发线上疑难问题，熟悉全链路监控体系搭建与可视化治理，能够快速定位性能瓶颈，保障大流量场景下系统高可用、高稳定性；
4、具备大型分布式系统架构与服务治理经验，熟悉微服务拆分、依赖治理、技术规范统一及架构优化落地；
5、熟悉C端产品交互规范，具备海量用户场景下的需求拆解、高并发方案设计、风险把控与稳定交付能力；
6、责任心强，具备较强的技术攻坚、问题复盘与抗压能力，良好的跨团队协作沟通能力。
工作职责：
1、负责证券业务后台的整体设计及核心代码的开发工作；
2、参与产品需求制定及设计文档的撰写；
3、了解项目需求，完成系统设计、系统架构、编码实现、系统测试等工作；
4、持续完善系统功能，解决业务及技术问题，推行可行的改进方案；
5、完成公司交办的其他工作。
