3、技术攻坚与创新：
解决智能体在复杂环境中的自适应问题，例如多轮对话管理、上下文理解、错误恢复等。
探索前沿技术（如RAG检索增强生成、多智能体协作）在业务场景中的应用。
结合业务需求，定制化开发智能体功能（如智能客服、自动化任务执行等）。
任职要求：
1、技术栈要求：
精通Python，熟悉常用库（如requests、pandas、numpy）及异步框架（如asyncio）。
具备智能体开发经验，熟悉至少一种智能体框架（如LangChain、CrewAI、Transformers）。
