工作职责
1. 主导公司EHS管理体系（安全生产、职业健康、环境保护）的搭建与落地，确保符合国家及地方农业行业相关法规标准。
2. 负责生产现场安全风险识别与评估，制定并监督执行安全操作规程，降低种植、加工环节的安全隐患。
3. 统筹环保设施运行管理，监控废水、废气、固废等污染物排放，确保达标排放并推动绿色生产技术应用。
4. 组织开展员工安全培训与应急演练，建立健全应急预案，高效处置突发安全环保事件。
5. 对接政府监管部门，完成各类安全环保报表填报与合规性审查，维护良好的政企沟通关系。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、农业工程等相关专业。
2. 5年以上EHS管理经验，其中至少3年农业或食品加工行业经验，持有注册安全工程师证书优先。
3. 精通国家安全生产、环境保护相关法律法规，熟悉农业生产环节的安全风险点与防控措施。
4. 具备独立搭建EHS管理体系的能力，有成功推动体系认证（如ISO45001、ISO14001）的经验。
5. 拥有较强的问题解决能力与应急处置能力，能有效协调跨部门资源落实安全环保措施。
