3、具备良好的协调沟通和解决问题的能力；
4、熟练掌握目前流行开源框架(Spring、SpringBoot、dubbo、SpringCloud)，熟练掌握Mysql、oceanbase、以及Linux操作系统及基本的命令使用;
5、对高可用、高并发、分布式系统具备稳定性治理规划经验；
