3. 对系统的问题能够进行修改及完善，参与系统稳定性、扩展性建设

职位要求

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上java开发经验，计算机相关专业，985&211学校优先；

2. 具备扎实的java基础，掌握常用的数据结构、jvm性能调优、并发编程等；

3. 熟悉常用设计模式，对Spring/SpringMVC/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/MyBatis等服务框架有比较资深的使用经验

4. 有丰富的多层架构体系开发经验，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统开发经验

5. 熟悉postgre等关系数据库，对Redis、MQ有一定的使用经验

6. 具备docker、k8s等开发使用经验更佳
