药品管理职位描述：一、岗位职责全面负责医院药品质量管理工作，严格把控药品采购、验收、储存、养护等全流程，确保药品质量符合国家及行业相关法规与标准。负责规范处方审核、调配、核对流程，保障患者用药准确、安全、有效。提供专业西药药学服务，为患者及医护人员解答用药疑问，开展合理用药指导与健康宣教。参与药品采购计划制定及库存管理工作，优化药品库存结构，避免积压与短缺，保障用药供应。二、任职要求药学相关专业大专及以上学历，具备药师中级职称（主管西药师）。熟悉《药品管理法》《药品经营质量管理规范》等药品相关法规与行业标准。熟练掌握药品质量管理、调剂等核心业务流程。拥有综合性医院诊所相关工作经验，熟悉药品采购流程、库存盘点与成本控制方法。具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能为患者提供耐心、专业的药学服务，抗压能力强。三、福利待遇：提供住宿，有餐补，五险一金齐全，国家法定节假日休息。四、工作时间：周一至周五800-12001400-1630周六800-1200
