1.与分布在全球的跨国软硬件团队合作，共同设计，开发基于Linux的半导体测试机操作系统及其周边软件(测试设备状态设置，测试过程管理，测试数据分析)。
2.同芯片测试应用专家一起为测试机软件系统设计，开发，部署满足新型芯片测试需求的通用测试接口和方法库。
3.快速修复客户发现的测试机软件系统的缺陷，理解，细化，分析客户提出的改进，优化需求，并协调推动软硬件团队一起制定、实施相应解决方案。
4.跟团队之外的人进行良好的沟通，能快速掌握新的模块
5.完成从软件需求分析，技术可能性研究，设计等方面工作，产生相关文档，确保设计的完整性和正确性，以及代码的可维护性和规范性
6.参与系统测试和验证，确保软件的稳定性、可靠性和高性能
岗位要求：
1.计算机科学，软件工程，电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历.
2.三年及以上大型软件开发经验
3.熟悉半导体测试流程或相关设备的优先考虑。
4.熟悉Linux环境下java(eclipse, EMF,JDI,SWT), C++ (gdb, make, G++)编程技能，有良好编码习惯。
5.有扎实的软件工程，流程，面向对象分析以及设计方面的知识
6.能够适应以英文作为工作语言，英语4级及以上
7.具备高效的学习能力，问题分析和解决能力，能够在压力下独立完成任务。
8.良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，文档撰写能力

了解半导体行业背景，董测试程序开发
熟练使用Jira, git, Jenkins, bazel, SAFE, ASPICE优先
有良好英语读写听说能力，能够适应跨国团队协作。
