2，负责MCU项目数字设计和管理工作，和各相关部门协调配合，确保数字设计工作按计划执行。
3，编写芯片相关设计文档。

5，协助中后端团队完成芯片综合、STA、DFT及物理设计，包括布局布线工作，确保中后端设计符合前端设计的要求和规范。
6，芯片回片后对工程测试和应用反馈的问题，协同测试工程师进行调试分析，定位问题根源。
7，持续完善芯片设计流程和规范。

1，微电子、电子信息、通信工程、计算机科学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
2，有5~10年MCU数字前端设计经验，有数字设计团队管理经验。
3，有一定的MCU芯片架构设计，熟悉基于Arm Cortex-M4等内核的MCU或SOC架构。
4，有系统集成设计或MCU IP设计经验。
5，精通完整前端设计流程，熟悉VCS、Verdi、DC、Spyglass。
6，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。
7，拥有良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与团队内部的不同角色，如验证工程师、后端工程师、测试工程师等进行有效的沟通协作，也能够与外部合作伙伴进行顺畅的交流。
8，具有强烈的团队意识和合作精神，能够积极融入团队，在团队中发挥自己的专业优势，共同完成项目目标。
