岗位要求：
1. 学历与经验：计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有至少 3 年 Python Web 开发实战经验，能独立应对项目开发中的各类技术挑战。
2. 技术栈掌握：
• 熟悉 Web 开发全流程及主流架构模式，精通 Python 核心语法，并深入理解 Flask/FastAPI 生态组件（如 SQLAlchemy、Jinja2、Flask-RESTful 等）的底层原理与实战应用。
• 精通 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等至少一种关系型数据库，具备扎实的数据库设计能力与 SQL 优化经验；了解 Redis、MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库者优先。
• 熟悉 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等前端基础技术，了解 Vue.js、React 等前端框架者优先，能独立完成简单前后端联调工作。
3、软技能要求：具备清晰的逻辑思维与高效的问题排查能力，拥有良好的文档编写习惯（如技术方案、开发手册等），具备强烈的团队协作意识，能适应项目紧张期的工作节奏。
