8、致力于酒店工作，为酒店发展提供创造性的建议，为顾客和整个团队提供高品质服务。
9、遵循希尔顿品牌服务标准并贯彻到实际的运作当中。
10、检查健身中心所有设备，器械是否正常工作，监督员工保持设备的清洁和安全性，如有设备需要维修，请及时通知工程部门。
11、确保健身中心的常规的营运状况，包括设备的使用条件，泳池及健身中心地区的安全，以及相关事件的准确记录。
12、检查和确保每天的毛巾供应充足，更衣间的钥匙，工程问题的相应工作，如有任何问题，
请及时和相关部门联系。
13、完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，体育管理、酒店管理相关专业优先
2、2年以上高端酒店管理经验
3、熟悉健身器材维护及泳池安全管理规范
4、具备优秀的团队管理能力和客户服务意识
5、持有救生员证、健身教练资格证等专业证书
