岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心业务系统Java架构设计与优化，主导高可用、可扩展的分布式架构方案落地;
2、识别技术风险点并解决技术难题，解决复杂业务场景下的高并发、大数据量处理等技术难题。
3、协同业务部门完成需求分析，输出技术可行性方案并推动落地;
4、制定并推广技术规范与*佳实践，指导开发团队完成核心模块代码实现;
5、负责团队代码review和设计文档的编写和评审
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业
2、IoT相关行业，5年及以上Java后端研发经验；
3、精通物联网技术和协议（如MQTT、CoAP等），熟悉物联网云平台架构；
4、精通SpringCloud、SpringBoot、Spring、SpringMVC、MyBatis等主流开发框架；
5、精通Redis、Kafka、MySQL、MongoDB及常用数据库，熟悉SQL调优；
6、具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，具有较强的学习能力和技术钻研精神，具备良好的问题解决能力；
7、有遥感、GIS、物联网项目落地经验者优先。
