岗位职责
1.负责 Android 设备底层稳定性保障，聚焦内核、HAL、底层系统服务及驱动模块，解决系统级崩溃、异常重启、功能失效等核心问题，提升设备长期运行可靠性
2.构建底层稳定性指标体系与监控平台，制定关键指标基线，通过实时监控与趋势分析提前发现潜在风险
3优化底层日志与调试体系，确保内核日志（dmesg）、HAL 日志、崩溃堆栈等关键信息的完整性与可追溯性，提升问题定位效率
4.负责底层稳定性指标、日志的采集与上报
5.构建底层稳定性自动化保障体系，提升问题发现效率
6.跨团队协同解决端到端稳定性问题，与内核团队、硬件团队、Framework 团队、应用团队紧密协作，推动问题闭环

任职要求
1. 计算机、电子、信息技术、数学、软件工程等专业，具备5年及以上 Android底层稳定性经验。
2.深入理解 Android 系统架构，熟悉 Linux 内核原理（进程管理、内存机制、中断处理）、HAL 层实现逻辑及底层系统服务工作原理
3.掌握底层稳定性问题分析工具与方法，包括但不限于内核调试工具（gdb、ftrace、crash）、日志分析工具、压力测试工具
4. 具备扎实的问题定位能力，能独立解决内核 Panic、死锁、内存泄漏、HAL 崩溃等复杂问题，有成功的稳定性攻坚案例
5.有自动化平台开发经验，能设计并落地稳定性自动化测试用例、解析工具
6. 了解指标体系设计方法：能从业务场景出发定义可量化的稳定性指标，具备数据建模与趋势分析能力
7. 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和推动力，能协调多方资源解决复杂问题
