岗位职责:
1. 负责供应商寻源、行业分析、商务认定、协议签署及物料价格谈判、采购量分配以及交期等其他商务属性的管理；负责供应商整体绩效管理，同供应商保持良好的合作关系，不断优化供应商体系（引入优秀供应商，淘汰不良供应商，培养战略供应商等），确保渠道优势；
2．制定并组织落实采购策略，根据各供应商及各类物料特点，并结合各产品线的需求，制定切实可行的采购策略，并组织落实；协调内外部资源，采取各种手段（成本分析、材料替代、工艺改进、指标优化、引进竞争者、整合订单量、组织招标等），优化物料的性价比，使得物料有更好的商务条件和竞争力；
3．原材料采购供应，同供应商谈判框架备货，协助采购经办保障量产物料的稳定供应，并处理紧急供货问题，；用各种手段（备货谈判，物料替代，渠道切换，协调调货，紧急跟催等），持续降低供应风险，并及时解决各类供应问题；
4．协助研发新项目物料选型，负责对新料进行商务认定，并配合相关部门的技术认定和质量认定工作；推进供应商早期参与设计，保障项目顺利开展；
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信等相关专业毕业；
2、具备3年以上电子行业相关工作经验，有硬件开发和项目管理经验的工程师优先考虑。
3、熟悉计划知识、了解财务、品质管理等知识；
4、具备较强的执行力，良好的商务沟通、谈判和数据分析能力；为人正直诚实，积极进取。
