Responsibilities
Inputders ERP system with high accuracy efficiency.
及时准确地将订单信息录入ERP系统。
Closely monitorders status keep communications with customers sales team.
密切跟踪订单处理状态，并及时与客户及销售团队保持沟通。
Monitcustomer credit customer account receivable timely communicate with Sales team customers.
监控客户信用额度及应收账款情况，及时向销售团队及客户反馈相关信息。
Record quotation information.
记录并更新报价信息。
Receive respond customer complaints pass on complaint information to quality function, follow up complaint handling.
接收并回复客户投诉，向质量部门反馈投诉信息，并跟踪投诉处理进展。
Issue necessary sales documents reports as requested.
根据客户需求提供相关销售文件及报表。
Complete other duties as assigned by superiors.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
资历要求
Qualifications
Bachelors degree above.
本科及以上学历。
College English Test B4 (CET-4) above; excellent English skills in both writing speaking, with fluental English.
大学英语四级及以上，优秀的英文说写能力，口语流利。
High sense of responsibility, integrity, team spirit.
有较强的责任心，为人正直，具有良好的团队合作精神。
Strong communication skills customer serviceientation.
具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
