岗位职责：
①协助完成公司 AI 平台、低代码协同中枢等核心产品的后端接口开发与功能迭代；
②参与数据库设计、接口文档编写，配合前端、AI 算法团队完成联调测试；
③协助进行系统 bug 修复、性能优化，保障服务稳定运行；
④在带教导师指导下学习公司技术栈和业务流程，完成分配的开发任务；
⑤编写技术文档和测试用例，参与代码评审；
⑥完成公司领导安排的其他工作任务。
任职标准：
①本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，3-5年工作经验优先。
②掌握 Java 编程语言，了解 SpringBoot、MyBatis 等主流开发框架；
③熟悉 MySQL 数据库，能编写基础 SQL 语句，了解数据库索引、事务基本概念；
④了解 Redis、消息队列等中间件者优先，有 RAG、大模型应用开发经验者优先；
⑤具备良好的逻辑思维能力和自主学习能力，热爱技术开发；
⑥有较强的责任心和团队协作意识，能积极沟通解决问题。
