岗位职责：
1、负责公司AI产品项目开发与维护；
2、参与设计、构建和维护高效可靠的数据管道，进行数据清洗、处理和集成，为业务分析和机器学习提供高质量数据支持；
3、参与机器学习模型的开发、训练、评估和部署工作，利用数据解决实际的业务问题，提升产品智能化水平；
4、开发自动化运维工具和平台，优化部署、监控和故障处理流程，提升系统的稳定性和运维效率。
任职要求：
1、计算机软件及相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2、扎实的Python编程基础，熟悉常用模块和面向对象设计，具备良好的编码习惯；
3、熟练使用 Pandas, NumPy等进行数据处理，有Spark或SQL优化经验;
4、有扎实的机器学习基础，熟练使用 Scikit-learn、TensorFlow或 PyTorch中至少一种框架;有自动化脚本开发经验，熟练使用 Docker，了解 Ansible/Jenkins等运维工具；
5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、学习能力和团队协作精神。
6、有AI项目经验的优先考虑。
