岗位职责
1. 负责基于 CMOS/SOI/SiGe 工艺的 GPS LNA/Switch/Tuner设计;
2. 理解并能简单设计LDO，Bandgap，Charge-Pump, level shifter等模块；
3. 2年及以上相关工作经验，有电磁仿真经验，有源电路设计等经验（有可追溯量产GPS LNA经验，有switch/tuner设计更佳），模拟电路相关经验优先考虑，熟悉Cadence Virtuoso的使用
任职要求：
1.研究生及以上学历（学信网可查）；电子工程、微波射频、微电子、电子信息科学与技术以及通信等相关专业优先考虑；
2. 2年及以上相关工作经验，有电磁仿真经验，有源电路设计等经验（如Switch/Tuner/LNA，有可追溯量产产品经验更佳）, 模拟电路相关经验优先考虑，熟悉Cadence Virtuoso的使用；
3. 要求射频基础知识扎实，熟悉射频匹配设计；熟练运用EM仿真，熟悉ADS、Cadence PCB等设计软件；熟悉射频测试设备，如信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪等；
4. 要求工作认真细心、责任心强、爱岗敬业、抗压能力强；具有良好的团队合作精神。
