岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心产品App架构设计与开发工作,完成iOS或Android应用的开发工作;
2、负责 Flutter应用的开发、部署、上线，确保项目按时高质量交付;
3、和前端、后端工程师一起研讨技术实现方案进行应用及系统整合;
4、负责Flutter框架和业务的性能体验优化，注重性能、安全性、稳定性和可扩展性:
5、参与技术方案的设计和评审，提出合理化建议。解决开发过程中遇到的技术难题，确保应用的稳定性和兼容性。
职位要求:
1、3年以上Flutter项目开发经验;有android/ios开发经验（加分项）。
2、熟悉Flutter与Android/ios原生混编技术(有一定的插件开发能力)。
3、熟悉Flutter状态管理框架provider。
4、熟悉Dart语言,熟悉java、kotlin、swift、oc中的一种或者多种语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范。
5、熟悉Flutter性能优化技巧，能够解决内存泄漏卡顿等问题。
6、熟悉Flutter与原生平台的交互机制，能够处理复杂场景下的性能问题。
7、熟悉ios与安卓各平台的审核规则。
8、热爱移动端开发、有参与过的线上中大型项目或者自己独立App项目的优先。
