岗位职责
基于 Spring Cloud 微服务架构进行业务接口、地理业务系统后端开发，对接 WebGIS 前端完成数据服务开发；
整合工作流引擎完成业务审批、流程编排等功能设计与开发；
参与容器化部署、K8s 运维适配，配合搭建维护 DevOps 自动化发布流程；
负责接口性能优化、数据库调优，排查线上故障，保障系统稳定运行；
参与技术方案评审，沉淀通用工具、公共微服务模块。
任职要求
大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
7年以上Java 后端开发经验，熟练 Spring Cloud 微服务整套技术栈；
熟练使用主流工作流引擎（Flowable/Activiti 等），独立完成流程开发；
了解 K8s 容器基础操作，熟悉 Git、CI/CD 等 DevOps 相关工具；
精通 MySQL、Redis，熟悉分布式事务、高并发场景处理；
具备需求拆解、独立模块开发能力，沟通协作良好。
