岗位职责：
1、AI能力微服务化
负责将大模型（LLM）的文本处理、OCR单据识别、数据分析等能力，封装为轻量、高效的API服务接口。
2、流程自动化
针对财务、供应链、研发等业务场景中的高频、重复性操作，编写稳定运行的Python自动化脚本，实现跨系统间的自动化数据同步与流转。
3、系统数据贯通
与团队资深架构师高效协作，将AI Agent处理后的标准化数据（如JSON格式）回写至OA、ERP、PLM等现有业务系统，确保数据完整闭环。
4、Prompt工程与RAG应用
持续优化公司专属AI提示词，结合检索增强生成（RAG）技术，协助各业务部门搭建智能知识库。
5、敏捷MVP开发
针对业务痛点，在1-2周内利用开源工具链快速搭建可运行的*小可行性产品（Demo），完成快速验证并推动上线。

任职要求：
1、Python开发能力
本科及以上学历，3年以上实际开发经验（经验丰富者可适当放宽学历要求）。编程习惯良好，代码规范、逻辑严谨，熟练掌握 FastAPI、Flask 等至少一种后端框架。
2、大模型应用开发经验
熟悉主流大模型API调用（如DeepSeek、阿里千问等），精通 Prompt 调试与优化。具备 Agent（LangChain/LangGraph）或 Text-to-SQL 实际落地经验者优先考虑。
3、接口设计与数据处理能力
具备良好的接口意识，熟练掌握 RESTful API 设计规范，对JSON、XML等数据格式的解析、转换与清洗操作熟练。
4、基础数据库操作
熟悉基本SQL操作。公司内部有资深数据库专家负责底层调优，本岗位仅需完成常规的接口对接即可，无需精通复杂SQL调优。
