岗位职责
1. 负责Unity项目核心模块、业务逻辑的开发、调试与优化，配合策划、美术完成各类需求落地，覆盖从基础功能到核心架构的全流程开发；

2. 参与项目技术方案设计、代码评审，保障项目开发效率、代码质量及可扩展性，根据自身能力参与基础需求到核心架构的方案搭建；

3. 解决项目开发过程中的各类技术问题，排查基础及复杂Bug，优化项目性能与用户体验，涵盖基础调试到深度性能调优；

4. 配合团队完成跨平台适配、热更新、第三方SDK对接等相关工作，可独立完成基础对接及复杂方案落地；

5. 根据能力层级，指导初级开发人员开展工作、引入行业新技术、优化开发流程，主导核心技术难点攻关及跨团队协作。

岗位要求

- 掌握C#编程及面向对象编程思想，精通委托、泛型、常用设计模式，能独立编写各类业务逻辑代码，可根据需求优化代码结构；

- 熟悉Unity编辑器操作，能完成场景搭建、预制体使用、基础UI开发，熟练使用UGUI，掌握资源管理（AssetBundle/Addressables）及热更新相关技术；

- 了解并掌握Unity物理引擎、协程、生命周期，能排查基础及复杂Bug，具备性能优化能力，可处理跨平台兼容问题；

- 可独立负责完整功能模块开发与调试，具备项目架构设计、重构能力，能搭建高可扩展、高性能项目框架，解决各类复杂技术难点；

- 深度掌握Unity底层原理、渲染管线、内存管理与线程模型，精通性能深度调优、自定义SRP、Shader编写，熟练掌握热更新方案（Lua/ILRuntime等）；

- 具备良好代码规范意识，可根据能力层级制定开发规范、把控项目技术质量，协调跨团队协作，跟踪行业前沿技术；

- 了解移动端打包基础，能独立完成打包及相关报错处理，配合团队完成各类项目落地工作。
