工作职责：
1. 负责计算机视觉和深度学习基本算法的开发与性能提升，涉及的问题包括但不限于:目标检测、分类、意图识别、图像处理、OCR等;
2. 推动巡检摄像机器人的视觉算法和深度学习在实际应用领域的实现和性能优化以及部署落地。
基本要求：
1.本科以上学历，计算机或者相关专业者优先；良好的数学背景，熟悉基本的图像预处理理论知识（降噪、增强、二值化等）
2.熟悉图像处理基本方法(边缘检测，区域提取，高低通滤波，特征提取)；能够运用工具进行图像分析
3.掌握常用的机器学习/深度学习模型原理，有OCR、文字检测、目标和缺陷识别等相关研究或项目经验；
4.了解常见开源库 OpenCV, tensorflow, 百度PaddlePaddle等，具有丰富的深度学习模型训练经验, 熟悉一种以上的深度学习框架；
5.熟悉Python语言和Python常用的图像识别类库
6.优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情；
7.具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力。具备很强的探索创新能力和分析能力，能够承担算法设计开发项目。
