任职要求：1.计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业，有冶金行业背景且具有计算机编程能力者优先；2.熟练java编程语言，常用算法和数据结构；3.至少熟悉一种大型数据库(Oracle、DB2、MySQL、SqlServer)的管理和使用，熟悉Sql优化技巧;4.有.NET平台实际开发经验者优先；5.良好的沟通应变、分析解决问题能力，富有激情和创造力，能带动团队富有成效的完成工作；6.熟悉主流应用服务器的架构体系、数据库以及各种中间件技术；7.精通常用设计模式和主流设计工具，能进行系统建模、总体设计，掌握软件开发生命周期管理技能；8.熟悉大规模系统的负载均衡、缓存、存储、安全、数据库高可用设计及性能评估机制；9.有企业MES、产销、ERP等系统开发经验者优先；10.具备岗位相关证书优先考虑；11.中共党员优先。岗位职责：1.根据项目需求，完成软件需求分析、设计与开发；2.跟踪、发现、解决上线软件运行中存在的问题；3.指导实施工程师完成软件系统现场应用的安装和调试工作；4.与项目管理、功能测试和业务需求等相关人员积极沟通和合作。
