岗位职责：
给Agents们搭建一个能自由释放想象力的平台
主要负责Agent应用的工程相关能力的建设，包括但不限于调度，聊天，llm框架
偏重LLM能力，建设一个具备多插槽的Agent基础框架
任职要求：
Python:
- 熟悉aio，能对aio的优劣持续输出10min
- 熟悉openai等开源sdk，能5min手写一套简单chat api
- 熟悉各种数据库，重度使用过某一种数据库轻度使用过超过3种以上的【新】数据库，包括但不限于mysql mongo redis等，能详细描述各种数据库之间的明显差异和主要特性
- 熟练使用git，有良好的代码习惯，善于使用reset revert rebase等命令组织代码
加分项：
- 熟悉docker和镜像，能描述镜像分层，Dockerfile里各种命令的含义和作用，了解容器网络隔离，甚至对k8s, containerd都有接触并部署过
- 使用过大量ai框架、数据或者sdk，诸如spring ai, huggingface等等，能大谈特谈这些组件or框架的优劣
- 熟悉网络协议，能手写双wan接入分流的路由表
- 其他可能的geek技能，包括但不限于修电脑，装宽带，组装机器人等能证明你对数字世界有极强的动手能力的事情
- 计算机竞赛有加分，小时候黑过网吧系统的加分，写过自动化抢票工具的加分
