岗位职责：
1、负责数据流生产工具平台的设计与研发，包括实时与离线场景，提升研发和生产效率；
2、负责数据治理平台的设计和研发，提升数据质量及易用性；
3、负责大数据相关新技术的预研，探索落地场景；
4、解决数据中台遇到的各种问题,负责性能调优与优化并提供技术支持和保障。

任职资格：
1、3-5年左右工作经验，良好的代码编程风格，追求代码质量，能写出简洁易读的代码；
2、有相关大数据中台开发经验，任务调度，数据治理，元数据，数据标准，数字资产等；
3、精通java，有多线程、高可用、高并发、分布式、服务治理的相关经验；
4、有spring后端应用开发经验，熟悉消息队列、redis、mysql等中间件；
5、熟悉Spark，Flink等常见大数据组件的核心原理，有过相关领域的优化，开发经验者优先；
6、熟悉SQL，掌握常见OLAP数据库的性能优化方案；
7、具备复杂业务需求梳理能力，较强的产品思维能力和问题分析能力；
8、加分项，有HIT行业背景或者医学数据治理的背景、熟悉常见医疗系统流程和医疗数据结构等。
