4、至少熟悉一种数据库（mysql、sqlserver、达梦）；
5、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；
6、能够独立完成相关模块的设计和开发，有从0到1的项目开发经验；
7、对多线程和异步编程、常用的设计模式等有深入的理解和丰富的实践经验；
8、具有一定的分析原因，解决问题和修复软件bug的能力；
9、具有良好的沟通能力，工作热情积极。
