岗位职责：
1、Java后端基础安全服务的设计和开发，安全服务新技术的调研与实现；
2、参与公司业务产品研发，主导完成需求分析，协同测试、代码实现及单元测试；
3、参与公司产品月度规划、讨论，按周、月完成基于敏捷开发迭代任务，并输出相关技术文档。
4、负责研发组的人员管理、工作任务分配安排
5、完成领导安排的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上JAVA开发经验；
2、Java基础扎实，精通多线程、并发、集合、网络、io等基础知识，熟悉JVM；
3、熟悉Postgresql，MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，有相关的数据库设计经验；
4、技术栈：SpringBoot ，SpringCloud，Spring，JPA, Mybatis，Redis，Rabbitmq，Dubbo等；
5、熟练使用Git、GitHub/GitLab 代码管理工具；
6、熟悉设计模式、具有较强的分析设计能力和良好的文档能力；
7、经验加分项：有B2B、SRM、ERP、OMS等开发经验
8、能力加分项：高并发处理、性能优化（算法）、技术中台架构能力
