任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业毕业，本科学历（重点本科），精通JAVA、J2EE，有大中型软件工程开发经验优先；
2、对面向对象的程序设计、XML、数据库设计以及软件工程比较熟悉；
3、掌握常用的开发工具（如JBuilder，Eclipse等）；
4、熟练使用常用的数据库，如Oracle、SQL SERVER等，熟练使用SQL语句；
5、有Servlet，EJB，JDBC开发经验，掌握Struts+Spring+hibernate 等框架并具有开发经验；
6、熟练部署Tomcat、Weblogic、Resin等；
7、具有良好的学习能力、具有强烈的工作责任心，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
