岗位职责：
1. 根据药品相关法律法规的要求，建立和维护B证质量管理体系，确保CMO质量活动的持续合规性；
2. 维护与CMO相关方所签订的质量协议，建立和维护与CMO相关方的沟通程序，负责就变更、投诉、偏差等质量活动与相关方保持良好的沟通，并确保活动的持续合规性及与质量协议的一致性；
3. 对CMO生产、检验现场生产进行监督检查；
4．及时发现处理CMO生产、检验过程中发生的质量问题，保证CMO生产、检测的过程合规；
5. 定期识别CMO存在的质量或法规风险，并组织相关人员进行评估，并促进采取相应的措施；
6. 负责对相关方进行商业领域涉及的药品法律法规，就质量方面的内容进行培训和给出专业的意见。

任职资格：
1．本科及以上学历，药学相关专业，5年以上药品生产企业质量管理岗位工作经验；
2．具备口服制剂QA经验，有生产经验或B证公司CMO QA工作经验尤佳；
3. 了解制药行业的法律法规要求，包括法规的解释和实际应用；
4. 良好的审计思维、根本原因和风险管理/评估技能；
5. 能够就项目、产品和质量相关事宜与内部和外部利益相关者进行有效的互动和沟通；
6. 具备同时处理多个项目的能力，良好的组织能力；
7. 能够分析数据和信息，得出结论并做出有效决策；
8. 有能力在专业领域内识别风险并提出纠正措施，表现出主动性和以创造性和实用的方式帮助他人解决问题；
9．Base泰州，可以接受全国出差。
