3、JavsScript、CSS、Html功底扎实，精通前端浏览器渲染机制；
4、掌握主流前端框架特点、差异性及适用场景，熟练使用Vue.js/React.js 框架；
5、掌握NodeJs、WebPack、Gulp等前端环境与构建工具，对前端工程化有深入的理解；
6、熟练React.js和Redux，有Ant Design经验优先；
7、良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，积极主动，责任心强，对技术有更高的追求且乐于分享。
