岗位职责:
1. 负责CPU芯片封装基板layout工作，与SIPI工程师协作对封装叠层、走线等进行设计及优化;
2. 参与芯片管脚分布的评估与设计，协助SIPI/封装/电路设计团队优化ballmap排布以及trial-layout;
3. 支持服务器电路、测试子板等的Placement与PCB layout分析工作;并就电源和高速信号(PCIE,DDR)等与硬件/仿真工程师一起定义具体设计方
案。
任职要求:
1. 电磁场与微波技术、电子工程、通信工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，五年以上信号完整性、电源完整性相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉SIPI设计理论，熟练使用EDA工具，例如HFSS、virtuoso、PowerSI、ADS、Hspice、Sigrity等，熟悉Package、PCB设计；
3. 具有扎实的数字和模拟电路基础，熟悉传输线理论和各类高速接口通信协议；
4. 熟悉示波器、矢量网络分析仪、频谱仪、相噪仪等测试设备者优先；有芯片公司相关工作经验优先；
5. 熟悉Arm、x86等硬件电路原理者优先；
6. 拥有独立解决问题和独立思考能力，拥有强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，良好的团队合作和沟通协调能力，具备创业精神。
