岗位职责
1.仓库日常管理：负责入库、存储、出库全流程管理，保证仓储运营质量与效率；制定并执行仓库存储规范，并监督重型产品的吊装、码垛安全操作；优化仓库布局，提升空间利用率。
2.库存管控与调度：监控库存周转率，建立动态安全库存模型，减少呆滞库存；协调生产、销售部门，优先处理紧急订单发货，确保交货准时率；主导月度盘点，分析差异原因，输出改进报告。
3.物流与安全管理监督：第三方物流装车合规性，降低运输损坏率；落实仓库5S管理，定期组织消防演练，确保危化品单独存放合规。
4.系统与团体管理：主导ERP系统（用友U9）仓库模块操作，确保单据实时录入、批次追溯数据完整；负责仓储现场6S活动的实施和精益生产理念的推行；培训并考核仓管员，制定绩效考核指标。
岗位要求
1.基本条件：经验不限，应届毕业生优秀亦可，有物流仓库3年以上相关经验优先。
2.专业能力：熟悉物流仓储作业流程；熟悉仓储布线、质量控制、成本管控等精细化管理方法；熟练使用基本的办公管理软件，通过数据分析优化库存结构。
3.个人能力：具备较强的责任心和团队精神；
抗压能力：适应忘记高强度工作，协调夜间/节假日紧急发货。
优先录用条件：有母线行业从业经验/用友U9系统使用经验者优先考虑。
