2.根据业务部门需求制定采购计划，有效及时地实施采购业务，确保准时交付。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
2.10年以上汽车零部件行业采购经验, 熟悉机加工中心、装配线的采购流程；
3.具有出色的谈判技巧，能接受适当的出差；
4.熟练掌握英语书面和口头表达能力，日语良好者优先考虑。
