3.组织工程师开发新品导入工艺。包括：组件和整车工艺设计、PFC-CP-PFMEA输出、试产任务推进、工艺参数和SOP审核、试产重大问题点协助分析、改善措施确定、组织召开试产总结和各阶段准入评审会等。
4.全面领导新产品量产准备工作。包括：培训方案制定、工装治具准备、工位排布布局、制造产能和成本评估、过程控制体系搭建、车辆维修手册编制等。
5.控制量产车型制造质量。包括：指导工程师监控生产过程，找出工艺盲点；协助工程师解决生产过程重大问题及难点；持续分析和监控核心工序质量数据，理出TOP ISSUE和疑难杂症，拉通各方资源建立质量改善专案闭环。
6.指导生产效率提升。包括：制造流程优化，自动化方案导入，生产现场数字化改善等。
7.精益生产推进。如：产线人员定额，标工校准，平衡图建立，节拍改善、现场布局优化等。
8.监控工程变更的执行、记录和变更前的物料处置进度。
