岗位职责：
1、根据需求和分配的工作，完成程序的编码、调试、配置等工作；
2、负责相关文案文档编写；
3、参与代码设计、审核和检查；

任职要求：
1、本科（含）以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、1年以上Java开发经验，熟悉Java相关技术，具有一定规模的项目开发经验；
3、熟悉常用开发框架：Spring、springmvc、Mybatis、springboot、Spring Cloud等开源框架。
4、精通关系型数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL），具备SQL编写、索引优化、事务隔离级别调优能力。
5、熟悉Linux操作系统及常用命令、Docker常用命令，熟悉DevOps工具链（Docker/Kubernetes/Jenkins），具备基础运维能力。
6、有分布式系统设计和开发经验者优先。熟悉至少一种大型数据库的开发和设计，具有一定的软件设计及文档编写能力，熟悉软件开发流程，对设计模式有自己的见解。
其他要求：
1、有较强的学习能力；能够独立解决技术难题（如死锁排查、性能调优）；
2、责任心强，工作踏实，能承受较大的工作压力；
3、具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术方案；
4、具备后端业务逻辑开发与数据库深度优化的能力；
5、有全栈项目开发经验。
有智慧城市，经济运行系统有经验优先。
