About the Role:
You will be responsible fdeveloping business negotiating the selling, leasing, marketing of large commercial real estate properties fclients.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible fthe buying, selling, leasing of residential, office, commercial properties on behalf of clients foccupation. What You’ll Do:
Secure new expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, selling additional services to current client base.
Compile property data fclients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, presentations flisting tenant representative assignments.
Review request fproposal response present real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, market comparisons.
Prepare offers, term sheets, lease amendments.
Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, mortgages. Participate in contract negotiations due diligence.
Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
Engage in local business community charitable events, as well as industry professional associations fthe purpose of creating new contacts generating new business.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelors Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience education will be considered.
Understanding of existing procedures standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strongganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, other financial-related calculations.
