3、精通常用的技术框架以及实现基本原理，如Springboot、Springcloud；
4、精通一种关系型数据库，如Mysql；有性能调优经验，熟悉Redis或memCache缓存系统；
5、熟练使用Git；
6、具备良好的分析解决问题能力，能独立承担复杂系统开发；
7、具有较好的沟通能力、思路清晰、善于思考、能独立分析和解决问题。
