⼯作内容：
主要负责虚拟人开发、手机虚拟人互动、游戏开发

岗位职责：
1. 负责游戏的gameplay 系统相关的模块开发
2. 设计实现各种子系统和工具链，配合引擎和后台程序员开发核心玩法逻辑
3. 优化游戏客户端的性能，工具流开发和承担综合开发工作
4. 协调与美术部⻔的⼯作，制定美术资源规范、研发配套⼯具
5. 与团队配合制定开发计划，保证开发进度

任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 熟练掌握C# 或 ts 或 Js或 lua 脚本编程，至少3年以上游戏开发经验，有Unity引擎开发经验者优先
3. 对游戏gameplay 系统有过开发经验，对如下任意游戏模块有专精经验( 战斗技能，游戏系统流程逻辑，装备武器系统，特效，怪物人工智能，寻路和寻路数据，按键输入，UI系统模块等)
4. 熟悉2D/3D虚拟人相关技术尤佳：骨骼动画、IK反向动力学、BlendShape、Spine、Live2D等
5. 熟悉场景和模型优化，了解三维建模，贴图和渲染等相关知识
6. 对引擎中低层有开发经验者优先，有VR/AR应⽤的开发经验尤佳
7. 良好的代码风格，编程习惯，熟练掌握各种数据结构和算法
8. 有良好的沟通能⼒，积极的⼯作态度和团队合作精神，责任⼼强
