2.熟悉SIPI电仿真, 有3D nmemory/FCBGA产品仿真经验更佳. 仿真内容包含：IBIS模型, 插入损耗, 回波损耗, 阻抗, 串扰, 眼图, 直流压降, 交流PDN, RLGC.
3. 熟练使用相关软件
