1.本科及以上学历，电气工程、车辆工程、机械设计、自动化、线缆等相关专业。
2.3年以上在线束行业的工作经验，有线束设计、工艺、质量或项目管理背景者优先。
3.深刻理解线束的构成（导线、端子、连接器、护套、胶带、管材等）及其性能。熟悉工艺与标准：熟悉线束生产的全流程（开线、压接、预装、总装、检测）及关键工艺参数。熟悉国内外线束标准（如 QC/T 29106， USCAR-2， VW60330, GMW3191等）。
4.熟练使用 AutoCAD 或 CATIA/UG/PRO-E 等 2D/3D 软件进行图纸评审和简单修改。熟悉 8D， 5Why, FMEA, Fishbone 等质量工具。精通 MS Office，尤其是制作专业的技术报告和PPT。
5.卓越的问题解决能力、出色的沟通与表达能力、客户导向与服务意识、团队合作与项目管理、强大的抗压与适应能力。
