任职要求
1. 教育背景
- 计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 技术能力
- 掌握基于Spring Boot的增强能力，包括模块化开发、健康检查扩展（Readiness Check）及类隔离（SOFAArk）实现
- 熟练使用中间件Starter快速集成RPC、消息队列等组件，实现"Spring Boot+SOFA中间件"开发模式
‌- 熟悉SOFARPC框架的高性能远程调用实现，包括服务注册发现、负载均衡及容错机制
具备限流熔断、动态配置推送等治理策略配置经验，满足金融级SLA要求
- 掌握SOFAStack消息队列（基于RocketMQ）的事务消息、顺序消息处理能力
- 了解Seata分布式事务解决方案在金融场景的应用
‌- 能部署SOFATracer实现分布式链路追踪，结合SOFALookout完成指标监控
- 能支持传统SOFA框架微服务和服务网格（SOFAMesh）的无缝切换
- 具备多活数据中心部署经验，实现同城双活/异地容灾架构
- 掌握SOFABolt网络通信框架的调优，熟悉线程模型与序列化优化
- 能基于SOFAStack组件设计灰度发布流程，集成自动化运维监控体系
- 理解金融业务对事务一致性、秒级容灾的特殊要求
- 熟悉金融合规性要求下的技术方案设计
3. 项目经验
- 有1个以上成功落地的SOFA相关领域的工作经验，有5年以上软件开发经验。
4. 软技能
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够快速理解客户需求并转化为技术方案。
- 具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术并应用于实际工作中
