1独立负责木寸平台中完整业务模块的全栈开发（从前端页面到后端接口、数据库设计）；
2参与家庭端、商家端、服务站、管理后台等多端功能迭代与优化；
3实现高性能、高可用的 Web 应用，保障系统稳定性与用户体验；
4编写清晰、可维护的前后端代码，遵循团队工程规范；
5配合测试完成联调、Bug 修复及上线部署；
6对技术方案提出建设性意见，持续提升产品技术质量
任职资格：
1、5年以上 Web 全栈开发经验，具备独立交付完整功能模块的能力；
2、后端：精通 PHP 8+，深度使用 Laravel 框架（ThinkPHP 可接受但需快速上手 Laravel）；
3、前端：熟练掌握 Vue 3 + TypeScript + Pinia/Vuex，能独立开发响应式管理后台或用户界面；
4、熟悉 MySQL/PostgreSQL 数据库设计、索引优化与事务处理；掌握 Redis、消息队列（如 RabbitMQ/Kafka）等中间件应用场景
5、熟练使用 Git 协作，了解 CI/CD 流程（如 GitLab CI、Jenkins）；具备良好的沟通能力
6、对技术方案提出建设性意见，持续提升产品技术质量
7、有 SaaS、产业互联网、O2O 或本地服务平台开发经验优先、能用非技术语言向产品/业务解释 AI 能力边界；
8、主动关注 AI 技术动态（如大模型、Prompt 工程），能快速上手新工具/API
