4. 开发并维护与前端的高效WebSocket通信，确保任务状态的实时同步。
任职要求：
1. 必备经验：5年以上Python开发经验，精通FastAPI及异步编程，拥有主导中台或平台类产品核心模块设计的经验。
2. 技术能力：
2.1 精通RESTful API、WebSocket开发，具备高可用、高并发分布式系统的设计与调优经验。
2.2 具备出色的标准化和抽象设计能力，能设计清晰、规范的接口和数据模型。
2.3 熟悉PostgreSQL/MySQL、Redis等数据库及缓存技术。
3. 优先考虑：有LangGraph/LangChain等AI Agent框架集成经验；有大型项目权限系统或对外API标准设计经验。
4. 个人特质：具备极强的技术Owner意识，善于解决复杂技术问题，并能推动技术方案和标准的落地。
5. 学历: 211及以上，计算机相关专业。智能体经验-抽象服务层；
