1.负责与供应商在价格、质量、数量、交期等方面谈判，组织相关部门就供货合同/协议评审；
2.采购单据分类、登记并及时传递相关部门和人员;
3.采购合同完整性的审核及合同的用章、建档及管理;
4.采购物资及时记录;根据采购物资发票回笼情况做好分类台账;
5.采购物资的签收、报检及异常情况的反馈、处理、跟踪，对重大不合格项及时通知供方整改；
6.采购进度的跟进工作，包括发货日期、物流单据号、数量、及到货日期;
7.协助仓库办理入库手续；
8.定期评估供应商质量、产能、管理、信誉等情况，有建议继续合作或淘汰供应商的权力;
9.参与项目成本改进计划会议，落实供应商价格谈判等工作，达成项目预算改进计划；
10.领导交办的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：
1.工作经验: 本科学历，3年以上采购工作管理经验，半导体相关工程经验，熟悉供应链管理各环节的相关流程，能够对采购、物流等方面资源进行有效规划、整合及优化;
2.知识技能:熟悉并了解《民法典·合同编》，了解机械加工工艺，采购基础流程。熟练运用office、ERP系统、办公软件;通过英文四六级，口语能正常交流;
3.个人素质:具有较强的采购管理能力、判断与决策能力、交际能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力;
4.工作作风严谨、思路清晰、讲效率、时间观念强、善于学习、职业道德良好，具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力强。
