Job Description:
Work as one team individual to serve as translators fDMTM SK related visits. This includes but not limited to do translations during the visit lead logistics support to ensure all SK visits run smoothly with high efficiency.
● Perform various daily administrative duties in cooperation with key stakeholders within the department cross the site, fexample various kinds of data collection, stuff distribution, record tracking etc.
● Demonstrate strong accuracy attention to detail while taking the initiative to advance the department.
● Serve as glue of the depts while provide administrative support to both dept directors/managers employees.
● Prepare agendas coordinate logistics factivities such as site GPTW events, conferences, dept meetings, team buildings etc.
● Prepare First Day Office fnew hires assist them to have a smooth start up once on board serve as information center.
● Be proficient in working with all Microsoft tools, purchasing systems. Support office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, cateringders reimbursement).
● Manage calendars, with shifting priorities deadlines, including negotiating with other departments admins stakeholders fcomplex meetings.
Qualifications:
Master the skill of professional translations between Korean Mandarin especially on spoken Korean, at least reach to Topik 6
● Be able to read speak English with basic skills
● Passionate to learn grow in our fast-paced working environment.
● Down to earth attitude strong networking skills, willing to help others willing to manage daily routine jobs with passion
● Excellent interpersonal, communication,ganization, planning skills, including time management skills ability to multi-task prioritize work
● Demonstrated experience in teamwork, customer service, project management in a dynamic intense environment, be creative to enable team dept more effective
