Job Description:
● Provide facilities mechanical engineering leadership to the siteganizations in support of Safety, Environmental, Quality Cost objectives.
● Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
● Owning safety environmental compliance within facility mechanical area of influence;
● Ensuring mechanical system/equipment operate reliably to avoid manufacturing/facility (operations) impacts;
● Overlooking projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, schedule;
● Oversight of planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings, structures as required to support factory ramping;
● Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing commissioning solutions;
● Effective collaborate with construction operations teams to coordinate work in the field;
● Identify implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability;
● Results are delivered through the application of engineering skills tools; systematic problem solving; statistical validation of system performance; collaboration with the site facility management team, suppliers, key stakeholders through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine ensure compliance to existing standards, specifications, building codes, processes.
Qualifications:
● More than 5 years of facility mechanical operation maintenance working experience on below system equipment: HVAC equipment, Chiller Cooling Tower, Boiler, Exhaust. Better to have experience on: Clean Room, PCW, Scrubber VOC abatement, Vacuum System, Natural gas, etc.
● Semiconductfactory facility working experience is preferred
● Theory knowledge of HVAC, technical skill on operation & maintenance knowledge fat least 2 of these equipment: Air handler, Pumps, Fans, Chiller, Boiler, Cooling Tower.
● Demonstrated solid knowledge of overall site cooling/heating balance, know experienced on water & air balance.
● 5+ years of solid hands-on experience with mechanical (pumps, piping, valves, other) control (instrumentation, PCS other) systems.
● 5+ years of experience to identifying, analyzing solving immediate issues with technical equipment, able to exercise independent judgment, follow defined standards procedures, to work well with minimal supervision
● Excellent communication analyzing skills, complete fluency inal written English skill
