Job Description:
SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D Nproduct. DMTM focus on the success of Ntechnology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.
●
Industrial Engineers plan plant, production facilities equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations workflow, establishes methods fmaximum utilization of production facilities personnel.
●
Develops metrics to measure equipment factory capacity output, to identify equipment process flow bottlenecks.
●
May establish assist in establishing accident prevention measures may plan schedule training programs fpersonnel concerning all phases of production operations.
●
Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, production record systems.
●
On the basis of these studies, develops implements plans programs ffacility modifications revisions to operating methods.
●
Respond to customer/client requests events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education judgement.
Qualifications:
●
BS, MS in Industrial Engineering engineering field.
●
Minimum 5 years IE layout planning experience in 300mm semiconductfab with construction/design related experience.
●
Very Proficient with Layout design tools (AutoCAD).
●
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
●
Advanced data extraction, analysis, reporting skills.
●
Motivated self-starter, with strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
●
Strong verbal written communication skills in English.
●
Think operate independently, while simultaneously focusing on many diverse priorities.
●
Flexibility maturity in facing uncertainties changing priorities/responsibilities.
