工作职责：
1. 按照规范制作PCB元器件封装并维护库；
2. 根据设计要求导入原理图网表和结构图，并按照要求能独立完成PCB布局布线；
3. 根据规范输出PCB CAM 和SMT文件，并负责处理EQ以及SMT工厂反馈的问题；
4. 按照规范进行PCB相关文件制定及归档处理；
5. 具备良好的DFM能力，依据Checklist进行自检并对问题修规闭环；
6. 岗位其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 电子信息、仪器仪表、自动化等相关专业；
2. 3年以上的专业Pcb layout 设计经验，主导过高速、多层板设计；
3. 熟练应用至少一种EDA软件（altium designer），具备良好的EMC、EMI防护知识；
4. 熟悉各类元器件的性能要求，并且对其能做出正确的Layout规范；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和团队协作能力；
6. 有专业pcb设计公司经验者优先。
