职责描述：
负责高速光通信系统中Driver（调制器驱动器）及TIA（跨阻放大器）的架构定义、电路设计与性能优化；
与硅光集成、封装、系统应用团队紧密协作，开展面向下一代光芯片的模拟前端整体解决方案开发；
主导Driver/TIA子系统的规格指标分解，完成关键模块（包括输入均衡、输出级、偏置控制、带宽拓展、失调校准等）的选型与实现；
规划并执行Driver/TIA测试芯片的流片、全温全压特性评估、眼图及灵敏度测试，并主导失效分析及设计迭代；
撰写完整的设计文档、测试报告及用户指南，支持IP复用及客户导入。
任职要求：
教育背景：微电子、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历，5年以上模拟/混合信号IC设计经验（含博士期间研究经历）；
核心专长：
精通高速Driver设计（如MZM驱动、线性驱动），熟悉输出摆幅、上升/下降时间、抖动、功耗与线性度的折中优化；
精通TIA设计，熟悉跨阻增益、带宽、输入参考噪声、过载电流、差分/单端架构及自动增益控制（AGC）等关键参数；
深刻理解高速模拟电路设计技巧，包括带宽拓展（电感峰化、负电容）、前馈均衡（FFE）、阻抗匹配、ESD防护及高频寄生效应抑制；
工艺与流片：熟悉深亚微米CMOS（如28nm/16nm/7nm）或SiGe BiCMOS工艺特性，具备多次成功流片经验，有量产产品（光收发芯片、SerDes AFE等）优先；
工具与仪器：
熟练使用Cadence Virtuoso、Spectre/HSPICE、EM仿真工具（EMX/PeakView）等EDA软件；
熟练使用高速测试仪器：误码仪（BERT）、采样示波器、光谱仪、网络分析仪（VNA）及探针台，具备光/电接口测试经验；
综合素质：具备独立解决高频不稳定、电源噪声耦合等复杂问题的能力；团队协作意识强，能适应跨时区/跨学科项目协作，中英文技术文档读写流畅。
