制定并执行芯片测试方案，确保测试覆盖率与验证完整性。
编写与维护自动化测试脚本（Python / C / C++），持续优化测试效率与稳定性。
参与芯片 bring-up、固件调试、驱动开发与问题定位，协同研发团队推进问题闭环。
负责或参与嵌入式系统开发与板级支持包（BSP）维护，支持芯片在不同平台上的验证与量产落地。
熟练操作示波器、逻辑分析仪、信号发生器、误码仪等实验室仪器，确保测试结果准确可靠。
输出完整的测试报告与技术文档，推动测试流程标准化与自动化建设。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、计算机、自动化等相关专业。
熟悉芯片测试流程，具备扎实的硬件电路与信号分析基础，能阅读原理图与数据手册。
精通 Python 脚本编程，熟练掌握 C 语言及嵌入式开发环境（如各类嵌入式GCC，以及RTOS、Bare Metal开发）。
具备 BSP、底层驱动或嵌入式固件开发经验，熟悉常见接口（UART、I2C、SPI、PCIe、GPIO 等）。
能熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、信号发生器、误码仪等测试设备。
具备良好的学习能力、动手能力与问题分析能力，工作认真负责，具备团队协作精神。
加分项
具备高速信号测试或调试经验（SerDes、DDR、PCIe、USB 等）
对自动化测试平台开发或开源测试工具有实践经验或浓厚兴趣。
熟悉 Linux 驱动或嵌入式系统开发经验者优先。
有 FPGA、MCU 或 SoC 相关项目经验者优先。
